Be Kind To Yourself Box is a Selfcare subscription business located in the Central Coast, NSW.

“I started putting the pieces together for Be Kind To Yourself Box last year and officially launched at the beginning of June this year.

The motivation behind starting the business was to ensure other women like myself were including time to fill their own cups. I have had a rough journey with my own mental health and experiencing burn out, I want to help others to prevent getting to that point.

My favourite part of the business is definitely the subscription box. Each month our members receive a selection of carefully chosen self care products and resources that fit the monthly theme.”

We absolutely love this idea. Often we forget about Selfcare and it is very important to make sure we practice it to ensure we are looking out for our own health and well-being.
